Staff Nurse Textiles Industry

• Providing Basic Healthcare:Administering first aid, treating minor injuries and illnesses, and assisting with the management of chronic conditions.
• Health Assessments and Screenings:Conducting regular health check-ups and screenings for employees, such as blood pressure checks, vision tests, and hearing tests
• Health Education:Providing health education to employees on topics like hygiene, ergonomics, and disease prevention.
• Maintaining Medical Records:Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of employee health information and treatment.
• Managing Workplace Health Programs:Implementing and managing workplace health programs, such as wellness initiatives, vaccination campaigns, and ergonomic assessments.
• Ensuring Safety Compliance:Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations, including those related to hazardous materials and workplace safety protocols.
• Emergency Response:Responding to workplace emergencies, providing immediate care, and coordinating with emergency services as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• _ Qualifications : B.sc( Nursing ) , GNM , ANM_
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees, management, and other healthcare professionals.
• Problem-solving Skills: Ability to assess situations, identify problems, and implement appropriate solutions.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain accurate records.
