Job Description

Operate and monitor stacker equipment safely and efficiently during assigned shifts.
Adjust machine settings to ensure proper stacking patterns and product stability.
Inspect products and materials for quality defects before stacking.
Ensure pallets are correctly loaded, aligned, and secured for storage or dispatch.
Perform routine checks and basic maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, minor adjustments) on stacker equipment.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols strictly.
Report any malfunctions, safety hazards, or irregularities to the supervisor immediately.
Coordinate with production, packing, and logistics teams to meet daily output targets.
Maintain records of production output, downtime, and material usage.
