Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in retail management or related field. Proven track record of success in floor management, leadership, mall management, retail store operations, shelf management, shrinkage control, store keeping, store management, stores maintenance & management. Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and customers.
