Role will be to cover the system configuration, implement the new complex features, We expect you to cover both user support and change management. Key Responsibilities: Manage and configure the Salesforce platform to support evolving business requirements Implement and maintain complex features , workflows, custom objects, and validation rules Provide user support , including issue resolution, permissions setup, and training Lead and execute change management processes related to Salesforce enhancements and upgrades Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions Ensure data integrity and conduct regular system audits and cleanup activities.
