Sr. React.js Developer

As a ReactJS Web Video Streaming App Developer at Diagnal Technologies, you will be responsible for developing web video streaming applications for browsers and TV, including supporting metadata management platforms. Your role will involve technical design and development of advanced video streaming consumer applications with multiple backend integrations. You will deliver app solutions across the entire app lifecycle - from prototype to build to test to launch to support. Your focus will be on building sleek web UI/UX interfaces with a strong emphasis on usability features. Additionally, you will optimize performance and stability, including non-functional aspects such as logging. It is crucial to stay up to date on the latest industry trends and updates related to devices, operating systems, and IDEs. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 4 years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years in React.js. Proficiency in the English language is essential. You must possess 3 or more years of experience in front-end web-based solutions within a project services or product engineering organization. Hands-on development experience using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, and JSON is required. A good working knowledge of JavaScript frameworks, particularly ReactJS, is necessary. Experience with React 18 and a basic understanding of React 19 are preferred. You should also have experience with application frameworks and a deep understanding of SOLID principles. Previous experience in developing highly polished consumer-facing websites with smooth interactivity and responsive behavior directly from design assets is a plus. Having published sites that are currently online is advantageous. Self-motivation and effective time management skills are crucial for meeting the high international quality standards expected in this role. Ideally, you should hold an engineering degree in computer science or have equivalent practical experience. A solid understanding of browser system fundamentals, application performance optimization, and backend integration is required. Previous experience working within the OTT apps, media, e-commerce, telecommunications, or a similar large-scale consumer-facing industry is preferred.
