Sr. React JS Developer

You are a Senior React.js Developer with over 7 years of experience, and your role involves both coding and leading a team of React developers. You will play a crucial part in mentoring, shaping architecture, and ensuring front-end excellence within the team. Your responsibilities will include: - Writing clean, high-performance, and reusable React.js code. - Driving component architecture and scalable design implementation. - Optimizing performance for speed and responsiveness. - Integrating with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries. - Leading efforts for cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility. In terms of team mentoring and leadership, you will: - Guide and support a team of React developers. - Review pull requests to enhance code quality, test coverage, and adherence to standards. - Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and encourage peer learning. - Assist in setting performance standards and improving team KPIs. - Act as a problem-solving resource and engage in design discussions. Your collaboration and project impact will involve: - Working closely with UI/UX Designers, Product Managers, Backend Engineers, and QA teams. - Participating in sprint planning, grooming, estimation, and retrospectives. - Translating product requirements into scalable front-end solutions. - Contributing to internal tools, design systems, and documentation.
