Job Description

You will join the Passion Gaming team at our Gurgaon office as a Senior QA Engineer. Your role will involve ensuring the stability and accuracy of the game and its features to maintain a smooth and bug-free player experience. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about gaming and possesses a keen eye for perfection. Your responsibilities will include performing functional, regression, gameplay, and content testing. You will be required to create effective bug reports with accurate steps to reproduce and track them from discovery to resolution. Additionally, you will participate in daily stand-up meetings and bug triages to update on progress, design and execute test cases, and communicate effectively with the development and QA teams throughout the testing phase. To qualify for this role, you should have 5 to 8 years of experience in software testing, preferably in gaming, along with excellent communication skills. You must possess strong testing skills and a good understanding of testing methodologies, best practices, and procedures. Experience in testing mobile or web games/applications, testing APIs using Postman, writing SQL queries, understanding database structures, developing test cases based on requirements, and working with bug reporting tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla is essential. Additionally, knowledge of proxy tools like Charles and Fiddler, experience with Android and iOS mobile apps, basic automation testing skills, and familiarity with Agile methodology are required.,
