As a Customer Support Specialist at UKG, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our customers. Your responsibilities include being the initial point of contact for customers via inbound phone calls, expanding your knowledge of products and support policies, and ensuring customer satisfaction through empathetic service. You will also build strong relationships with internal teams, resolve complex queries, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with accuracy. To excel in this role, you should have strong verbal and written communication skills in English, the ability to multitask effectively in a metrics-driven setting, and at least 5 years of customer service experience. Technical troubleshooting skills, the capacity to manage customer expectations, and collaboration abilities are essential. A bachelor's degree in BCom, BA, or BSc is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications and prior experience in inbound phone support. Knowledge of SQL is considered a bonus.
