Roles & Responsibilities: - Take ownership of product architecture and collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define the technical direction and develop software that optimizes for business metrics. - Effectively communicate technology and product strategy to internal and external stakeholders and leadership. - Develop industry-leading enterprise systems that are highly available, intuitive, scalable, and secure. - Produce reliable and performant code with appropriate monitoring and alerting. - Conduct design and code reviews to ensure scalability, performance, and alignment with standards. - Analyze and enhance the efficiency, scalability, and stability of system resources. - Manage requirement expectations with stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction. - Debug and monitor logs to identify and resolve issues efficiently. - Utilize logging tools and techniques for troubleshooting complex problems. - Participate in project planning and estimation to ensure realistic timelines and deliverables. - Break down large projects into smaller, manageable tasks and milestones. - Provide L3 support for existing products, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues. - Refactor code to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability. - Implement new features and functionality as per project requirements. - Create and maintain technical documentation for software applications and systems. - Ensure that documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible. - Conduct context studies for different products and tools to gain a deeper understanding of their functionality and requirements. Your Expertise: - Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. - 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack development, encompassing front-end development, backend system architecture design, database design management, and service integration. - Strong experience in Frontend Frameworks like ReactJS, React, and programming languages such as PHP, Hack lang, JavaScript, Python, Java, C#. - Proficiency in No SQL/SQL, Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) Experience, Database design. - 3+ years of professional experience working with code bases building microservices, REST APIs, Graph QL. - Experience in Asynchronous/Parallel Service Development. - Preferred experience with Cloud Services like AWS/Azure. - Log Monitoring in Distributed systems. - Professional fluency in English is required. Deliver: No Performance Parameter: - No. of cases resolved per day, compliance to process and quality standards, meeting process level SLAs, Pulse score, Customer feedback, NSAT/ ESAT. Team Management: - Productivity, efficiency, absenteeism. Capability Development: - Triages completed, Technical Test performance. Mandatory Skills: Fullstack MERN. Experience: 5-8 Years.
