GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY

Prepare the production order as per the production schedule.

Release Production Order

Operation confirmation and goods receipt of the production order.

Can create barcode scanning sheets in EMMS.

Communicate with the global planning team for material coverage forecasting.

Highlight key shortages. Prepare the monthly production schedule and cycle plan of the production department as per requirements.

Weekly Meeting: Container Clearance and Port Inventory Follow-Up if Needed

Material management; interchange raw materials as per project priority.

Prepare Production Order as per production Schedule

- Use the latest approved production plan to determine the materials, quantities, and deadlines.

- Prepare the operational plan as per the approved plan
- Prepare the 3 day rolling plan as per the operational plan.

Release the Production Order

- Once reviewed, release the order (status should move to REL) so that production execution can begin.

-Communicate the released 3 day plan to key stakeholders.

Operation Confirmation and Goods Receipt of production order.

- Cross-verify completed operations against production schedule and final confirmation.

- Validate production output against confirmed quantity before GR posting.

Can create barcode scanning sheets in EMMS.

- Generate barcode sheets for components as per production requirements.

- Ensure correct linking of material codes, quantities , and functional location in the barcode layout.

Material Coverage forecasting and communication with global planning team.

- Ensure alignment with global planners to review and forecast material coverage as per production schedules.

-Monitor supply chain risks and proactively communicate material constraints to internal stakeholders.

-Collaborate in updating and validating supply-demand plans to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

Material Management and interchangeability based on project priorities.

- Manage and monitor material availability to support ongoing production requirements.

- Interchange raw materials across projects based on urgency and priority, ensuring optimal resource utilization.

- Maintain accurate material records in SAP to reflect substitutions and consumption.

WORKING CONDITIONS

The job involves exposure to the shop floor environment. Requires adherence to safety protocols and PPE usage. It is office-based role within a manufacturing setup, with shop floor visits to coordinate with production and quality and warehouse team.
