Role & responsibilities 1. Mastercam Programming for Turning machine, VMC machines, 5 Axis Machines 2. 3D Model prepration in Mastercam or Solidworks 3. New Fixture design for NPD components 4. Process Sheet and Ballon drawing prepration for NPD components 5. Prove out of new components on machine whenever required 6. Tooling and Gauge list preparation for new RFQ 7. Experience in Fanuc control, Mazatrol, and Haas Machine will be added advantage 8. Knowledge and experience in using latest cutting tools and Techniques 9. Cycle time estimation for RFQ components 10. GD&T, CNC G Code and M code Basics Knowledge essential 11. To Ensure all parameter to complete 1st piece component as per Drawing standards. 12.
