Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Platform Admin DevOps Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong PBI (Power BI) admin capabilities, experience in building operations reporting tools, and a solid background in DevOps practices, particularly with Databricks. You will be working closely with the VIP team to ensure the smooth operation and optimization of our platforms. Key Responsibilities: Administer and manage Power BI (PBI) environments. Collaborate with the PBI Admin team to ensure seamless platform operations and address any issues that arise. Implement and manage DevOps practices for Databricks, ensuring efficient and reliable data processing workflows. Create Deployment Pipelines, manage CI/CD with GIT integration. Create Power Automate flows. Experienced in working with Power APPS. Create applications to monitor and schedule Power BI refreshes at custom intervals, monitor Semantic models performance. Develop and maintain operations reporting tools, including usage reports, model reports, and other relevant documentation. Monitor platform performance and provide recommendations for improvements. Automate and streamline operations and processes. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on platform administration and DevOps practices. Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues in a timely manner. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in platform administration and DevOps development. Strong experience with Power BI (PBI) administration and management. Proficiency in building operations reporting tools, such as usage reports and model reports. Experience with Databricks and implementing DevOps practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with other data analytics and visualization tools. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Bash. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools. Experience in the Life Sciences or Pharmaceuticals industry is a plus but not required
