SpartaSystems is looking for Sr Channel Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth through effective engagement with channel partners. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a desire to build a career in channel sales. Responsibilities : Channel Partner Engagement : Partner Identification : Identify and prospect potential channel partners in alignment with the company's target market and growth objectives. Conduct research to understand partner needs and industry trends. Onboarding : Assist in the onboarding process for new channel partners, providing them with the necessary resources and information to represent our products/services effectively. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential channel partners. Act as a primary point of contact for partner inquiries and support. Sales Activities : Sales Presentations : Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations for channel partners. Clearly communicate the value proposition and benefits of partnering with our company. Quota Attainment : Work towards achieving or exceeding assigned sales quotas. Collaborate with channel partners to drive sales and meet revenue targets. Sales Support : Provide sales support to channel partners, including assistance with proposals, pricing, and closing deals. Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to ensure partner success. Communication and Reporting : Communication : Keep channel partners informed about product updates, promotions, and any relevant changes. Ensure effective and regular communication to foster strong partnerships. Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and key metrics.
