Sr. Associate/ SME - Recruitments

AMH GBS is looking for Sr. Associate/ SME in Recruitments.

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying and attracting top talent, managing multiple roles, and providing an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Identify and implement creative sourcing techniques to build a robust talent pipeline.

Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:

• Use various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to source candidates.
• Engage passive candidates and nurture relationships to meet future hiring needs.

Full-Cycle Recruitment:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
• Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Act as a consultant to hiring managers, providing market insights and recommendations.
• Conduct regular updates with hiring teams to provide status reports and manage expectations.

Candidate Experience:

• Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates, maintaining the organization's employer brand.
• Handle candidate feedback and follow-ups with professionalism.

Metrics and Reporting:

• Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve hiring processes.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
