The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of foam products (mattresses, cushions, etc.), retail sales strategies, and local market dynamics. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the retail segment for foam products. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, dealers, and distributors. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set for the assigned territory. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic planning. Conduct product training and promotional activities at retail outlets. Coordinate with the supply chain and production teams to ensure timely product availability. Provide feedback from the market to product development and marketing teams. Maintain sales reports, stock reports, and client interaction records regularly. Ensure in-store branding, POS material deployment, and display standards are maintained. Handle customer grievances and support resolution with the after-sales team. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 0–4 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in foam, mattress, furniture, or consumer durables. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proven ability to meet sales targets and build channel networks. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
