Sports Performance Planner

The role of Trainee Performance Planner at Inspire Institute of Sport entails collaborating with Head Coaches and the Sports Science Department to design and implement training strategies that enhance individual and team performance. This position requires a deep understanding of Sports Science and Performance Planning. Your responsibilities will include developing personalized training programs for athletes, assisting in the execution of training strategies, evaluating training effectiveness, and contributing to the integration of data analysis. You will work closely with coaches, athletes, and medical professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to athlete support. Additionally, you will be involved in managing training facilities, equipment, and resources, as well as participating in specific performance projects under the guidance of the High Performance Director and Head Coaches. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Master's degree in Sports & Exercise Science, with a specialization in Sports Physiology, Sports Nutrition, or Strength and Conditioning. At least 3 years of experience in the sports industry, including working with elite athletes, is required. Familiarity with Data Management Systems and anti-doping regulations is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for success in this position.
