We are seeking a skilled and experienced SPM Design Engineer to join our team in Balanagar, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing Special Purpose Machinery (SPM) and should be proficient in SolidWorks (2D & 3D), as well as designing jigs and fixtures. Role & responsibilities Design and develop Special Purpose Machinery (SPM) based on client requirements Prepare detailed 2D and 3D mechanical designs using SolidWorks. Create and modify designs for jigs and fixtures used in the production process. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for design feasibility and implementation. Ensure designs comply with safety standards and industry best practices. Conduct design reviews, testing, and validation of mechanical components. Provide technical support during assembly and commissioning of machines. Preferred candidate profile Males candidates preferred Working Days/Shift Timings: 6 Days/ Day Shift Hands-on experience with SPM (Special Purpose Machinery) design. Proficient in SolidWorks 2D & 3D design software. Experience in designing Jigs & Fixtures . Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, tolerances, and material selection. Ability to interpret and create technical drawings and BOMs. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
