Specialist, Identity and Access Management

As an Identity and Access Management Specialist at Medline India, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the IAM team's efforts to establish governance policies for Medline's IAM roadmap and address current needs and challenges. Your responsibilities will involve participating in projects and initiatives alongside various teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable and adaptable enterprise IAM solutions that align with evolving business needs and industry requirements. Your expertise in technical consulting, creating automated solutions, operational best practices, and customer service will be essential to ensure the stability and success of IAM services. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Serving as a CyberArk L3-L4 Administration engineer/Techno-lead with hands-on experience in CyberArk Technology - Managing user identity administration and user access roles - Reviewing changes in production environments and coordinating with key stakeholders - Providing technical guidance to the team and directing analysis and solutions - Designing IAM processes and implementing IAM solutions - Integrating systems with Active Directory and other identity systems - Developing and maintaining user onboarding and access change workflows - Ensuring all customer and functional requirements are met through system analysis - Administering and supporting Identity Management services for on-premises and cloud environments - Collaborating with product vendors to support the technical environment Qualifications & Work Experience: - Bachelor's in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent, with 7-10 years of relevant IAM work experience - Expertise in IAM products/solutions such as CyberArk (PAM), Azure Cloud (PAM), Azure AD, CrowdStrike IDP, etc. - Strong technical knowledge in IAM project consultation, solution automation, customer SLA management, operational change development, and incident management - Advanced understanding of privileged access management (PAM), SSO/MFA processes, and practices - Experience with Ping Federated software and components - Knowledge of SAML 2.0, SSO, OAUTH, OpenID, 2FA/MFA, Kerberos, and LDAP - Hands-on experience with CyberArk Component Installation and application version upgrades - Understanding of platform security, administration, and management - Experience with Active Directory and LDAP directory services - Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders - CyberArk- Defender/Sentry Certification required - Preferred Azure Cloud (PAM) certifications Join us at Medline India and be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to making healthcare run better.
