As an Instructional Design Specialist in the Talent & Organization (T&O) team at S&C Global Network, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients from various industries in Learning Design and Development, Change Management, and HR Transformation. Your primary responsibility will involve developing innovative learning strategies and solutions, as well as supporting clients in managing organizational change and facilitating a smooth transition process. Your day-to-day tasks will vary at Accenture, but as an Instructional Designer Consultant in the T&O practice, your typical responsibilities may include: - Collaborating with the client team to understand the business problem, propose solution approaches, and oversee the design, development, and delivery phases. - Conducting Training Needs Analysis to create the training curriculum. - Creating detailed content outlines aligned with the curriculum. - Establishing design standards, guidelines, templates, and checklists for the proposed learning solution. - Working closely with internal and client stakeholders to design and develop effective training materials. - Reviewing training deliverables to ensure adherence to project quality parameters and industry standards. - Identifying and communicating risks to Project Leads/Functional Managers and suggesting possible solutions or alternatives. - Mentoring instructional designers and content developers to prepare materials for instructor development workshops. - Providing constructive feedback to enhance the instructional design skills of the team. - Exploring opportunities to integrate new and innovative learning strategies into the solution. - Demonstrating proficiency in instructional design, research, content analysis, content design, and staying updated on the latest trends in the learning industry. - Utilizing expertise in industry-standard design and rapid authoring tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia, SAP Enable Now, and WalkMe, along with familiarity with client-specific authoring tools. - Operating in a problem-solving global environment with cross-cultural competence. - Possessing excellent interpersonal and writing skills with a solid business acumen. Professional & Technical Skills Required: - Graduate/Post Graduate in any specialization, preferably Journalism, Mass Communication, English Literature, Advertising, or Public Relations. - Minimum of 6+ years of proven experience in content development and instructional designing. - Extensive experience in developing, reviewing, and delivering various training modalities like Instructor-Led Trainings, Web-Based Trainings, application simulations, job aids, and quick reference guides. - Experience in leading and coaching small teams independently.
