Job Role and Responsibilities

Should be an excellent team player.

 Identifying, inviting & confirming key industry speakers for meetings & conferences.

 Formulating advisory board of subject matter experts for meetings & conferences.

 To build a database by sourcing quality industry speakers as per the defined process.

 Maintaining a hygienic and updated prospect and client database.

 Should be well versed with objection handling and winning speakers.

 Should be able to outcall speakers for their feedback on Subject topics.

 Proactively follow ups with the speakers for respective/ multiple projects.

 Speakers/ Account Retention.

 To coordinate with cross functional teams.

 Should be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

 Should know how to meet deadlines by prioritizing & multitasking the allocated task.

 Should work with flexible approach specially when priorities changes.

 Should know how to prepare Productivity report and share weekly, monthly, quarterly and Annually MIS with the Manager.

 To maintain PPT (PODs) of respective project
