Job Description

Track and maintain spare parts stock—cycle counts and audit regularity a
Categorize parts into fast-moving, slow-moving, and obsolete; implement stock rotation
Source parts from approved vendors; negotiate prices, delivery, and payment terms
Process purchase orders, monitor deliveries, handle returns
Maintain accurate transaction records: receipts, issues, returns in.
Prepare regular reports: inventory turnover, stock valuation, usage patterns shine.
Develop/update SOPs for streamlined operations in.
Work with service teams to forecast demand and ensure part availability in.
Engage with external customers, resolve queries or order issues salary.
Inspect incoming parts for quality and specification adherence salary.
Ensure safety and storage compliance, minimize damages and obsolescence
Prepare and manage parts department budget (common in dealership settings) careers.
