As a HR Service Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely responses to various Human Resources inquiries within an HR Service Center, under general supervision. Utilizing resources such as knowledge base, policy manuals, and HR databases, you will resolve inquiries via telephone, voicemail, or email. In cases of complex issues, you will escalate them to the appropriate resource. Additionally, you will process requests for moderate to complex personnel actions in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) while ensuring data integrity. Tracking all customer contacts and ensuring resolution satisfaction will also be part of your responsibilities. Serving as a primary contact for most Human Resources administration matters, you will collaborate with team members as needed. Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities include performing HR Delivery tasks as per standard procedures, analyzing processes for improvements, participating in HR Delivery projects, managing stakeholders, and working closely with the team. The ideal candidate should possess strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish (B2/C1 level), be adaptable, flexible, detail-oriented, have problem-solving abilities, and exhibit effective collaboration with stakeholders and the team. Basic Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources or relevant field experience, with 1-3 years of overall experience. Preferred expertise in HR Shared Services and hands-on experience with SAP/Employee Central is advantageous. Exposure to a highly dynamic work environment and flexibility to work night shifts are desirable characteristics. This position is based at Sai Radhe Building, Pune, Monaghan, 411001, India. The job requisition number is 201119, and it falls under the Support Services job family within the GBS Admin Product Service Line. It is a full-time role with working hours from 6:00 PM IST to 3:00 AM IST, subject to variation.
