Space Planner

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Develop retail store layouts, including planograms, to optimize sales performance and customer experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective space planning strategies for new stores and remodels. Analyze sales data and market trends to inform design decisions and drive business results. Design fixtures, displays, and other visual elements that support brand identity and merchandising goals. Ensure compliance with company standards, local regulations, and industry best practices. 4-5 years of experience in retail planning or a related field (space planning). Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, stockroom organization, and visual merchandising principles. Proficiency in creating detailed floor plans using software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp; ability to work independently on projects from concept to completion. Develop and maintain accurate floor plans, layouts, and elevation drawings for retail spaces. Conduct site visits to gather data on existing spaces, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide recommendations for optimization.
