Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Dosa Master specializing in authentic South Indian cuisine. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preparing a wide variety of dosas, uttapams, and accompanying chutneys and sambar, with consistency, hygiene, and speed. This role is crucial to maintaining the culinary authenticity and quality of our offerings. Key Responsibilities: Prepare a variety of dosas including plain, masala, rava, onion, ghee roast, paper dosa, and special/custom dosas. Prepare and maintain batter consistency daily (idli/dosa/rava batters). Cook and present dishes with attention to taste, texture, and presentation. Prepare accompaniments such as coconut chutney, tomato chutney, mint chutney, and sambar. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen. Monitor inventory of ingredients and coordinate with the kitchen manager for procurement. Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times. Train and assist junior kitchen staff if required. Ensure timely preparation during peak hours without compromising quality.
