We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in infrastructure recruitment . The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, particularly in the infrastructure, construction, or engineering sectors. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for infrastructure roles from sourcing to onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and business needs. Source candidates using various platforms including Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases. Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical interviews. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TAT. Maintain recruitment MIS and reports. Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks.
