To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 7 years of experience as a solutions architect, with at least 3 years focused on Workday implementations in the healthcare industry. Expertise with Workday tools such as EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Report Writer, and Calculated Fields is essential. Experience integrating Workday with EMRs, scheduling systems, and ERP platforms is highly desirable. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a Master's degree is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, client service skills, creativity, and flexibility. Technical expertise in areas such as servers, databases, networks, data engineering, internet/intranet, workstations, and network security is crucial for success in this role.
