Description
You will be joining a fast-growing, venture-funded SaaS Company operating in the Customer Experience/CRM industry, based in the US. We are currently looking for an experienced technical solutioning professional who will be involved in customer-facing consulting roles, acting as a trusted advisor for our clients during both pre-sales and post-sales implementation scenarios. Your main responsibilities will include providing technical and sales engineering support to the sales team on a day-to-day basis during pre-sales activities. This will involve delivering technical presentations and product demos to potential customers. Additionally, you will be required to implement and deliver custom demos when needed for specific clients. Your role will also involve capturing customer-specific requirements for customizations and 3rd party software integrations in order to create a detailed Statement of Work (SoW) based on a standard template to support the sales team in closing deals. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction post-sales by effectively transferring customer-specific requirements outlined in the SoW to the implementation team. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Software and/or SaaS industry, preferably in customer-facing positions such as pre-sales engineering, post-sales implementation, or solution consulting roles. Key Skills required for this role include excellent English communication and writing skills, proficiency in creating customer-facing technical presentations using Powerpoint, drafting SoW documents in Word, and working with simple ROI-type Excel spreadsheets. You should also possess good presentation skills, be able to present PPTs, demos, and discuss SoW with customers over Zoom calls. Experience in solution architecture is essential, as you will need to understand customer use-cases and provide guidance on customizing our product platform to meet their specific needs. Additionally, some hands-on programming experience is preferred, specifically in writing simple custom scripts and working with HTML, XML, and JSON to customize demos. This is a remote consulting role based in India, however, flexibility in work hours is required to accommodate customer activities in US timezones. You will primarily be using tools such as Mac or Windows PC, Outlook, Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Slack for collaboration, Zoom for meetings, and Smartphone for iOS or Android mobile app demos. Adequate training will be provided to familiarize you with our products, demo environments, customization options, sample scripts, sales presentations, SoW templates, and other technical pre-sales tools.
