As a Solutions Consultant with 7 years of overall experience and at least 4 years of relevant experience, your role will involve creating technological solution blueprints and architecture designs based on business requirements. You will need to have an innovative mindset and be prepared for exploration to facilitate Design Thinking/ Business Storytelling workshops, understanding desired business needs, user journey mapping, and pain points exploration. The position requires individuals who are creative thinkers and doers, capable of cultivating innovative ways within the organization to address complex business challenges while balancing design, technology, and business priorities. Proficiency in analyzing the customers" business, applications, and converting business needs into viable solution blueprints is essential. You will be responsible for creating wireframes, UI mock-ups, and participating in deep-dive customer business requirements discovery sessions to develop requirements specifications documentation. In addition to individual projects, you will also participate in networking activities and develop new strategy tools and techniques in areas of specialist expertise. The Solution Consultant role primarily involves determining the overall strategic, operational, and technical scope of new business opportunities with customers and prospects. You should be able to play a role as a business consultant with a technological mindset, closely working with the sales team and participating in business proposal creation. Collaboration with implementation teams to convert business problems into technological solutions is crucial. You must be able to articulate technology and design approaches to both business and technical users, leveraging expertise as a Business Analyst to create solution design documents and business requirement documents. Building strong relationships with project stakeholders through business analysis is also a key responsibility.
