Solution Architect

Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance solutions that meet both functional and non-functional business requirements. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into architectural blueprints. • Design end-to-end solutions across multiple systems and platforms. • Ensure that solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and compliance requirements. • Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle. • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform. • Lead proof-of-concept efforts and evaluate new technologies. • Maintain architecture documentation and standards. • Bridge the gap between business problems and technology solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 8-10+years of experience in software development and architecture. • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). • Expertise in architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.). • Proficient in designing RESTful APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations. • Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred: • Certification in cloud architecture (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert). • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. • Domain knowledge in [Finance/Healthcare/Retail/etc.].
