Good knowledge on Video conferencing equipment (VC) etc Desired Competencies: Hands-on experience & troubleshooting knowledge on switching & routing. Basic Firewall troubleshooting support. Network Bandwidth monitoring, understanding on BW utilization reports, NW Alerts analysis; Basic troubleshooting on Checkpoint, VPN, Cabling and hardware support. Troubleshooting Wireless NW, Access points, etc. Good understanding of IT (Information Technology) network & OT (operational technology) network. Good knowledge on proxy (Zscalar). Good communication skills (Verbal, Written), team player, Flexible to work in shifts / Locations Must Have: Network Security-Firewall Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role Team player, understanding customer expectations Good knowledge on Router, Switch Support, Basics of Firewall, Good knowledge on Wireless NW Support (Wireless controller & Access Points) Network Tickets and SRs Cabling and Support Qualification: Graduate B.E. or B.Sc.
