Software Quality Assurance Technical Team Lead

You should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in setting up, maintaining, and executing test automation frameworks across various application platforms, including Mobile, Desktop, and Web. As a Lead, you will play a key role in providing technical leadership, strategic direction to the team, and overseeing team/project management activities. Your expertise should include hands-on experience with scripting languages and tools such as Robot Framework, Selenium, Cucumber, BDD, Core Java, Python, and Groovy. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of service virtualization and API automation tools like SoapUI and Karate Framework. Experience in test automation, agile process development (DevOps, test data management, CI/CD/CT), and solid skills in developing and debugging automation scripts are essential. You will also be responsible for testing technically challenging product features, designing and developing utilities, and test automation frameworks for various components and systems. In this role, you will lead all test automation efforts within your area, review script designs and code developed by other quality engineers, and mentor test engineers to enhance their programming skills. You should have the ability to identify gaps in the test framework and enhance it to improve test coverage effectively. Furthermore, experience working in Agile teams, excellent written and verbal communication skills, client-facing experience, and the ability to provide subject matter expertise are crucial. You will also be required to conduct quality audits, maintain compliance with standards and procedures, and effectively interact with customers and internal teams. Additionally, you should possess strong communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
