Software Engineer/Senior Software Engineer - QA

Job Description: Cabot Technology Solutions is seeking a skilled QA Engineer with experience in both manual and automation testing. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for understanding client requirements, assessing risks, preparing test reports, creating test cases, executing tests, reporting bugs, and ensuring bug closure. Additionally, you will coordinate QA activities within the project, provide regular status updates, and automate regression cases. This role requires the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Skills Required: The ideal candidate should possess expertise in automation tools such as Selenium, API Testing, Load & Performance testing, SQL, Manual Testing, and Agile Methodologies. Proficiency in both manual and automation testing, familiarity with testing tools and processes, and hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium and Cucumber are essential. Strong communication skills, basic SQL knowledge, and familiarity with programming languages such as Java or C# are required. Experience in Rest API, security testing, and performance testing would be advantageous. Experience: The preferred candidate should have 3-7 years of experience in QA Engineering roles, with a proven track record in manual and automation testing.
