Job Summary:

Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy cross-channel marketing campaigns using

  Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, etc.)
• Leverage

  Salesforce Data Cloud

  to manage, unify, and activate customer data for personalized marketing.
• Develop and maintain

  APIs

  and

  custom integrations

  between Salesforce products and external systems using

  Node.js

  or

  React.js

  .
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate marketing requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize customer journeys and implement triggered communications based on behavioral and transactional data.
• Develop AMPscript, SQL queries, and server-side JavaScript (SSJS) for dynamic content and automation.
• Ensure platform performance, security, and data privacy compliance.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of implemented solutions.

Required Skills:

• 4 to 16 years of hands-on experience

  with

  Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  (Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, etc.)
• Strong understanding of

  Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer Data Platform)

  : data ingestion, unification, identity resolution, and segmentation.
• Experience with

  AMPscript

  ,

  SSJS

  ,

  SQL

  , and

  HTML/CSS

  for email templates and automation.
• Familiarity with

  React.js

  and/or

  Node.js

  for front-end or back-end development and API integrations.
• Knowledge of

  REST/SOAP APIs

  , data schemas, and integration strategies.
• Excellent understanding of marketing concepts like personalization, audience segmentation, and campaign automation.

Nice to Have:

• Salesforce certifications such as:
• Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
• Marketing Cloud Developer
• Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant (or equivalent)
• Experience with platforms such as Git, Jira, CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with other Salesforce products (e.g., Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud)

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Marketing Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
