Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the software meets client requirements, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support project goals, and overseeing the implementation of solutions that enhance system performance and user experience. You will engage in problem-solving activities, guiding your team through challenges while ensuring adherence to best practices and project timelines. Taking responsibility for the full lifecycle of application development:Requirement Gathering, Design and Development, Testing, DebuggingWorking on integrations, utilizing middle-tier frameworks.Cooperating with business to gather expectationsTesting, both Manual & Automation.
