Project Role Description :Develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of product lifecycle. Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity.

Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support clients or projects throughout the product lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Lead and mentor a team of software developers.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in software development processes.
