Project Role Description :Develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of product lifecycle. Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity.

SummaryAs a CC&B Application Security SMA (TDUM) role focuses on managing and securing Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) systems, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and robust security protocols
Roles & Responsibilities:-Oversee the implementation of security protocols within the CC&B application, ensuring compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.-Manage user roles and permissions, ensuring appropriate access levels and preventing unauthorized access to sensitive data.-Monitor the CC&B system for security breaches or anomalies and coordinate incident response efforts when necessary-Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation related to the CC&B application.Professional & Technical
Skills:

-Strong understanding of CC&B architecture, security configurations, and integration points with other systems-Familiarity with security tools and technologies, including vulnerability scanners and intrusion detection systems.-Ability to analyze complex systems and identify potential security vulnerabilities.-Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey security concepts to non-technical stakeholders
