Software Developer - Java GO-lang Mid-Tier

As a Software Developer - Java GO-lang Mid-Tier at HARMAN Tech Solutions (HTS), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and debugging software for new and existing products in alignment with designated development practices, timelines, and quality expectations. You will work collaboratively with project stakeholders to ensure the implementation meets functional requirements and adheres to established R&D standards. Additionally, you will participate in project scoping and scheduling, track progress of tasks, and ensure quality through testing and reviews of the test plan. To be successful in this role, you should have over 5 years of software development experience using core Java and GoLang, with a good understanding of JPA and hands-on experience with Core Java, JSP, Servlet, Tomcat Webserver, JDBC, Spring MVC, Hibernate, RDBMS, Rest API, SOAP API, and PostgreSQL. You should also be proficient in GoLang, have experience with Junit, and possess knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems and build tools like Gradle/Maven. Your responsibilities will include writing clean, testable, and efficient code, integrating APIs and backend services with modern front-end frameworks, participating in peer reviews, unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments, as well as troubleshooting and resolving production issues. To be eligible for this position, you must be willing to work in a hybrid mode and commute to the Magarpatta Pune office at least 2 days a week.
