Social Media Marketing Executive

You will be responsible for managing and enhancing the company's social media presence. Your role will involve creating engaging content, driving community interaction, overseeing platform performance, and supporting brand growth through strategic campaigns. Your key responsibilities will include designing and delivering social media strategies aligned with campaign goals, creating, scheduling, and publishing content (text, images, videos) across social platforms, monitoring, engaging with, and growing the online community, tracking and analyzing performance metrics (e.g. reach, engagement, ROI), and refining the strategy accordingly. You will collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and manage small-scale paid social campaigns and influencer collaborations. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field and have 0-1 year of experience in social media management or digital marketing. Strong copywriting and visual content collaboration skills are essential, along with familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., social platform insights, Google Analytics). You should be creative, detail-oriented, highly organized, have experience with scheduling tools, possess basic knowledge of SEO/SEM, and content optimization.
