Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Plan and schedule regular posts, stories, reels, and campaigns.
Create engaging and original content (text, image, video) aligned with brand tone.
Monitor and respond to audience interactions and comments in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing team to align with campaigns.
Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth) and prepare reports to improve future performance.
Stay updated on latest trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices in social media.
Plan and manage paid social media advertising campaigns when required

Preferred Skills:

Experience in fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle industry
Ability to manage influencer collaboration and UGC content
Knowledge of SEO and social media analytics

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of major social platforms and current trends.
Experience with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of branding.
Knowledge of basic design/video editing tools is a plus.
