Role Overview

We’re looking for a Social Media & SEO Executive who can manage content calendars, generate creative ideas for campaigns, and ensure our clients' online visibility grows through effective SEO practices. This is a hybrid role requiring both creative and analytical thinking.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media

• Plan, schedule, and manage posts across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content and campaigns
• Write clear and appealing copy for captions, hashtags, and campaign messaging
• Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights
• Stay updated with trends and apply them to brand content

SEO

• Perform keyword research and on-page SEO audits
• Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for better search rankings
• Work with the content team to create SEO-friendly articles and landing pages
• Use tools like Google Search Console, Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to monitor performance
• Recommend improvements for website health and search visibility

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in both Social Media Management and SEO
• Strong writing skills with a flair for creative content
• Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite/Buffer, WordPress
• Good understanding of analytics and performance metrics
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have

• Experience with paid media (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
• Familiarity with basic HTML or website CMS
• Previous experience in a digital or creative agency
