Role Overview:

The Social Media Marketer will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. This role requires a creative and analytical individual with a strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends. Responsibilities include executing social media campaigns, optimising digital engagement, and driving brand awareness through innovative strategies. The candidate must be capable of efficiently handling multiple marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management & Optimisation: - Manage and update social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube). - Create and schedule posts, videos, and infographics as per the content calendar. - Engage with followers through comments, messages, and discussions. - Support interactive campaigns (polls, Q&A, live sessions, contests). - Track and report on social media metrics (engagement, audience growth, CTRs).

2. Influencer Marketing & Brand Partnerships: - Help identify and reach out to relevant industry influencers and brand advocates. - Assist in coordinating influencer collaborations for content creation and promotions. - Monitor influencer campaign results and compile performance reports.

3. Public Relations & Digital PR: - Support PR activities like drafting press releases and media pitches.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Recent graduate in Marketing, MBA in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Passion for social media, branding, and digital communication. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends. - Familiarity with tools like Canva, Hoot suite, or Buffer (preferred but not mandatory). - Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment.
