- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies
-should know to shoot from phone to create content and BTS
- Create high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos) for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Analyze social media metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, conversions) to optimize content and strategy
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform changes
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or related field
- Excellent communication, creative, and analytical skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their features, and how to leverage them
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software (Canva, VN, Inshort or other editing software.)
- Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.)
- Knowledge of SEO principles and how to optimise social media content for search
- Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships.
