About the Job Role We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator who can fully own our brand’s online voice and build strong engagement across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Key Responsibilities Plan and manage day-to-day content posting across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn Create monthly content calendars aligned with brand strategy Write engaging captions, post content, and video descriptions Prepare creative video scripts to guide the editing team Collaborate with designers and video editors to ensure high-quality outputs Coordinate content approvals and ensure timely posting Monitor platform trends, analytics, and suggest optimizations Manage DMs, comments, and community engagement professionally Requirements 6 months to 1 year of experience in Social Media Management or similar roles Strong copywriting skills in English and Malayalam Experience handling brand pages on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Basic knowledge of content trends, reels, and performance metrics Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate with creative teams. IMMEDIATE JOINERS PREFERRED Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
