Social Media & Content Executive (Female)

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic female candidate with a strong background in Instagram management and customer engagement, especially in the retail fashion or jewellery industry. This role involves planning content calendars, shooting and editing videos, engaging customers via Instagram and video call shopping, and creating innovative story formats that align with our brand identity.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage monthly content calendar for Instagram (Posts, Reels, Stories, Threads & Pinterest).
• Take videos of products, behind-the-scenes, customer testimonials, and styling ideas.
• Edit videos for Reels and Stories using Canva, CapCut, or any preferred app.
• Create engaging, creative story formats to connect with our audience daily.
• Handle customer inquiries via Instagram DM and assist with video call shopping sessions.
• Collaborate with the in-store team to shoot content on time and highlight new arrivals and collections.
• Work closely with design and marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging and visual style.
• Track performance of content and suggest improvements.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in handling Instagram and content creation for a retail brand (preferably jewellery, apparel, or fashion lifestyle).
• Strong understanding of Instagram trends, audio, filters, and customer preferences.
• Experience in engaging customers digitally via social media and video call selling.
• Should have a good aesthetic sense, an eye for detail, and a hands-on approach.

Candidate Profile:

• Female candidates only.
• Must be creative, self-driven, camera-friendly, and able to think out of the box.
• Fluent in Tamil and English – good communication and presentation skills.
• Should enjoy customer interaction and storytelling through content.
• Willing to work full-time at our boutique in T. Nagar, Chennai.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
