Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a flair for writing engaging content, an understanding of design principles, and a strong interest in building a career in social media marketing. You’ll work closely with designers, strategists, and clients to plan and execute social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging, original, and on-brand content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
• Write creative copies, captions, and hashtags aligned with client voice and objectives
• Work with the design team to develop visual concepts and provide clear creative briefs
• Stay updated on trends, reels, memes, and platform algorithm changes
• Manage social media calendars and ensure timely posting
• Monitor and report on performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to brainstorm campaign ideas

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
