Required Skills - Trouble shooting , Maintanence,
1. Downtime reduction and tracking all the issue 2. Co-ordinate with CFT for Process yield improvement. 3. CAPA need to be provide 4. Productivity improvement. 5. Product change over 6. Plan and execute all levels of routine maintenance on production equipment 7. Attending shift communication meeting 8. Trouble-shoot and repair production equipment to root cause. Fix the root cause. 9. Spare part control 10. OEE monitoring 11. All Equipment Operation, Handling. 12. Machine 5s and safety 13. Machine Programming 14. NPI support 15. Verbal / written Communication 16. IQ and OQ and PQ validation protocol and validation support
