Job Summary: We're looking for an experienced and results-driven Zonal Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies for our Broadband, IPTV, and OTT services in the Chennai region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers and partners, and leading high-performing sales teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Create Database: Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of potential customers, channel partners, and stakeholders in the Northern region of Tamilnadu. 2. Appoint Channel Partners: Identify, appoint, and manage a network of channel partners to expand our reach and drive sales growth. 3. Strategy Development: Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with our business objectives, including market expansion, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. 4. Packaging and Pricing: Understand and communicate the packaging and pricing of our broadband packs, including pricing strategy and promotions. 5. Marketing Plans: Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. 6. Distribution Model: Create a successful distribution model that enables us to take our services to every corner of the Northern States. 7. Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. 8. Team Management: Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and improve sales performance. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum 6-8 years of sales experience in the broadband, telecom, with at least 2-3 years of sales team management experience. 3. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong understanding of the telecom and media industry, including Broadband, IPTV, and OTT services. 5. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. 6.
