This entry-level role is ideal for someone with basic technical knowledge and a strong desire to grow in the IT field. You will be the first point of contact for internal users experiencing technical issues and will assist in maintaining hardware, software, and network systems. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, or in person. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Install and configure operating systems, applications, and software updates. Assist with setting up user accounts, passwords, and access permissions. Maintain IT inventory and assist in asset tracking. Support in maintaining network infrastructure and connectivity. Document technical issues and solutions in a helpdesk system. Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as needed. Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees in terms of IT needs. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or pursuing). Prior internship or 6 months of experience in an IT support/helpdesk role. Basic understanding of Windows/Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office, and common desktop applications. Familiarity with basic networking concepts (LAN/Wi-Fi, IP addresses, etc.). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Willingness to learn and grow in the IT field. Job Title: DGPS Operator Location: Punjab Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented DGPS (Differential Global Positioning System) Operator to support our field surveying and geospatial data collection activities. The DGPS Operator will be responsible for operating DGPS equipment, collecting accurate spatial data, and assisting in mapping and infrastructure development projects. Key Responsibilities: Operate DGPS equipment for surveying, mapping, and geospatial data collection. Conduct field surveys with high accuracy, including topographic, land, and utility surveys. Ensure correct calibration and maintenance of DGPS instruments. Collect, record, and manage geospatial data using standard procedures. Coordinate with surveyors, GIS teams, and project managers to ensure data accuracy. Upload, process, and verify collected data in digital formats (AutoCAD, GIS software, etc.). Ensure adherence to safety and operational guidelines during fieldwork. Report field progress and any anomalies to the supervisor or project coordinator.
