As a Site Supervisor , you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with quality standards. Youll be the key point of contact between the project management team and on-site personnel, making sure projects stay on schedule and within budget. Role & responsibilities Supervise and manage all construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other teams to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and industry regulations. Inspect materials, tools, and equipment to ensure they meet quality standards and are in good working condition. Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and track project milestones. Troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site to minimize delays or disruptions to work. Ensure proper documentation and reporting of daily work, manpower, and site progress. Assist in the implementation of project schedules and work plans. Ensure that all subcontractors and laborers comply with site rules, safety practices, and quality expectations. Preferred candidate profile Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering. +4 years Experience in Real Estate Industry
