Job Title: Site Supervisor - Delhi NCR

Job Description:

Shamway Infra Developers Pvt. Ltd., a reputed name in the construction industry, is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supervising building construction projects, with significant experience working on government projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Procurement of materials required at the site
• Maintaining day to day work at the site
• Coordinate and supervise the work of contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel.
• Resolve site issues and conflicts efficiently and effectively.

• Ensure proper handling and storage of materials and equipment.
• Implement and enforce site safety plans and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Valid driver's license .
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Faridabad/Haryana is a plus.
